Symptoms
The following messages appear in the debug log for license server, lmgrd_debug:

Cause
These errors are benign and do not indicate a problem.
The computer running MetaFrame Presentation Server initially tries to get a server license (MPS_ENT_SERVER) or a reported user license (MPS_ENT_NUCCU). Once it realizes that they are not installed, it will stop asking for them and request just the concurrent user licenses for incoming connections. Because the product supports the other license models as well (though Citrix only sells retail concurrent user licenses), you see these other unsupported messages in the debug log file. They are just informational messages.
