Issue
The following error message appears in the lmgrd_debug.log or in the Application log of the event viewer:
“Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code)” or “Invalid.”
Symptoms
Users cannot obtain licenses from the license server or the server running MetaFrame Presentation Server is in a grace period.
In the License Management Console on the Current Usage page, the Access Suite Product is not listed in the Product row.
Troubleshooting

This error, Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code), occurs when a license file is corrupted. A license file can become corrupted when it is modified incorrectly. The following are some of the lines within a license file that should not be modified manually. If they are accidentally modified, the digital signature of the license file is corrupted and a new license file is needed.

Resolution
Download a new copy of the license file from the Mycitrix.com Web site, put it in the \Program Files\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles directory, and restart the Citrix Licensing service.
