Symptoms
When a server running MetaFrame XP or Citrix Presentation Server has Novell integration configured, the NDS tree may not be viewable when trying to add a Citrix administrator in the Citrix Management Console.
In addition, you may receive an error message stating that the account is invalid.
This occurs only within the Administrator’s node of the Citrix Management Console.
Applications can be published to NDS users and the connection is successful.
Resolution
Using the same name for the NDS tree and the Windows NT domain is not common practice.
This problem does not occur if the NDS tree name is different from the Windows NT domain name.
The necessary design changes to support this type of configuration may be included in a future service pack or new release of Presentation Server.
